The generator itself is free to use, with no trial clock and no feature locked behind a badge. Why do I have to pay to download?
The generator itself is free to use — building, customising and previewing a QR code costs you nothing. What costs us money is everything that runs afterwards: hosting, the landing pages behind dynamic codes, and the scan tracking that records every visit. Charging for downloads pays for those servers so the generator can stay free for everyone.
Can I try before paying?
Yes. Build any QR code, customise it fully and see it live in the preview before you spend anything. You only need a subscription at the moment you want to download the image file, so you always know exactly what you are buying.
What happens to my QR codes if I cancel?
Static QR codes you have already downloaded keep working forever — the data is encoded in the image itself, so nothing we do can switch them off. Dynamic codes are different, and we want to be plain about it: their short links and landing pages stop resolving when your subscription lapses, so anyone scanning them will not reach your content until you subscribe again.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Every subscription comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If QRmint is not right for you, contact us within 14 days of your payment and we will refund you in full.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard and American Express — handled securely by our payment provider. Your card details go straight to them and are never stored on QRmint servers.
